We want you to love your Tropic of C pieces, which is why we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items within 21 days of your order date. Please ensure all original tags and hygiene liners are intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
